Information:
Product rich of Arnica extracts (30%), parfume free.
Way of use:
Apply n the affected area, especially on painful joins, articulations and muscles until complete absorption. A long massage will improve the absorption of functonal substances.
Repet the process 3-4 times a day. Perfect for sports massage, for which it has to be applied energically before and after physical activity.
